Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location:Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu
(Candidates from Nagercoil and nearby areas are preferred. Candidates willing to relocate may also apply.)
Experience: 2–3 Years
(Experience in manufacturing product sales is preferred. Candidates with general sales experience are also welcome.)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Reach out to MSME pharmaceutical companies through phone calls and emails.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle and follow up on enquiries received via website, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Manage the complete sales cycle and follow-up process from the office.
Key Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory)
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
Note: This is an office-based role focused on inside sales and client handling.
