Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, versatile, and results-driven Content Writer with 3–5 years of experience who can create engaging content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise beyond content writing, including content strategy, scriptwriting, social media management, branding, video content planning, website content management, and digital marketing support.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how content contributes to brand awareness, lead generation, audience engagement, and business growth. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, appearing on camera when required, and managing content from ideation to publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Develop compelling scripts for promotional videos, reels, explainer videos, advertisements, podcasts, and other digital content.
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to develop relevant and impactful content.
- Write, edit, proofread, and optimize content while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.
- Manage the company’s blog, including content creation, formatting, publishing, and optimization.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Participate in video recording, on-camera presentations, interviews, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns when required.
- Plan, coordinate, and support video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, location planning, and execution.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms by creating engaging captions, content calendars, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor social media engagement and recommend strategies to improve audience growth and brand visibility.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create high-converting ad copies and campaign content.
- Conduct website content reviews and perform website testing to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with the branding team to maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize content based on data and insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, AI content tools, SEO best practices, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Strategist.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong storytelling, creative writing, and editing abilities.
- Hands-on experience with SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience in scriptwriting for videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Comfortable with video recording and on-camera presentations.
- Experience in shoot planning, storyboarding, and content production coordination.
- Knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Experience managing content calendars and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital advertising fundamentals.
- Experience with blog publishing platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS.
- Basic understanding of website structure, UI/UX, and website testing.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communication, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Understanding of email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or IT company is an added advantage.
