We are looking for an experienced Immigration Counsellor to guide clients regarding study visa and immigration processes. The role involves counselling, handling inquiries, and assisting clients throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries
- Counsel clients for study abroad (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.)
- Assess profiles and suggest suitable courses and countries
- Assist with documentation and application process
- Maintain client records and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the visa and documentation team
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience in immigration counselling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and counselling ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Salary: As per experience + incentives
