Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Production Chemist for the Oral Dosage Department. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of oral dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, and other solid dosage products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, GMP guidelines, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production activities for oral solid dosage forms such as tablets and capsules.
- Ensure manufacturing processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor and control manufacturing parameters during production.
- Perform line clearance before starting production operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and related production documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments for sampling and in-process checks.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines during production activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues during manufacturing.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize production losses.
Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing are eligible.
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
