Job Summary
Prorites Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sr. Project Engineer / Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of projects related to Dosing Skids, Chemical Injection Packages, Process Equipment, and Fabricated Systems for the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, documentation, inspections, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete project execution from order receipt to final dispatch and commissioning support.
- Review client specifications, technical documents, and contract requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch departments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Monitor procurement activities and vendor performance.
- Track project costs, budgets, billing, and contract variations.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate FAT activities, inspections, documentation, and dispatch clearance.
- Support commissioning activities and resolve site-related issues as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Process Equipment, Dosing Skids, and Fabrication Practices.
- Understanding of P&ID, GA Drawings, Datasheets, and Engineering Documentation.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Process Equipment Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Project Planning and Scheduling using MS Project and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial understanding of costing, billing, and contract management.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Production Engineering.
- PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 4–5 years of experience in Project Execution.
- Hands-on experience with Dosing Skids, Chemical Injection Packages, Process Packages, or Skid-Mounted Systems preferred.
