Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of induction and orientation programs.
- Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative activities.
- Maintain good employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹20,859.88 - ₹33,167.16 per month
