Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telly Calling Executive to connect with potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
