Job Title: Project Lead – Electrical

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Lead – Electrical to lead electrical design engineering projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in electrical systems, BIM coordination, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution including scope, budget, and timelines
- Review and validate project scope and manage change requests
- Conduct quality checks at different project stages (30%, 60%, 90%)
- Perform BIM coordination using Revit & Navisworks
- Develop and track project schedules and identify risks
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Handle client communication and provide regular status updates
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 18+ years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering
- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems:
MV switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDU/RPP, generators, ATS, grounding
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in BIM workflows and coordination
- Strong communication and client management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center projects
- Exposure to international (US) clients
- PMP certification or equivalent
