We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Trainer to design and deliver practical training programs on computer applications, IT tools, software, and digital technologies. The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner and effectively assess and support learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct classroom, practical, online, and hands-on IT training sessions.
- Deliver training on computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet and digital tools, software applications, and other IT-related topics.
- Assess learners' training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, manuals, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct quizzes, practical tests, demonstrations, and other evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
- Provide individual guidance and support to learners when required.
- Maintain attendance, assessment results, training records, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper use of computer labs, hardware, software, and training resources.
- Keep training content updated according to new technologies, software updates, and industry requirements.
- Coordinate with management/team members to understand training requirements and improve training effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and professional learning environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
