- Source corporate, engineering, and field positions through job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Manage specialized technical roles including Civil/MEP/BIM Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Safety Officers.
- Coordinate field recruitment drives, trade schools, and local agencies for massive blue-collar and site staffing needs.
- Build pre-vetted talent pipelines to address sudden, high-volume project deployment demands
Screening & Selection
- Review applications against technical project constraints, certifications, and licenses.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate budget fit, site relocation willingness, and immediate availability.
- Structure and administer specialized assessment tests, technical task tracking, or practical trade coordination.
- Partner closely with Project Managers and Site Leads to coordinate final rounds of interviews
Offer & Onboarding
- Lead competitive salary negotiations considering project-based allowances and site benefits.
- Manage mandatory reference checks and structural compliance background verifications.
- Formulate formal job offers and manage the collection of required onboarding documentation.
- Oversee site deployment logistics, mobilization trackers, and initial compliance training
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,960.81 per month
