- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Receive and distribute documents and packages.
- Provide information to clients and visitors as needed.
- Support office staff with day-to-day administrative duties.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
