ServiceNow Developer (Experience: 3+ years)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM modules.
- Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices to support business objectives.
