Medical Receptionist – Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Ayami Skin Clinic, Mogappair East, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage appointments, patient registrations, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Explain treatment packages, billing, and payment procedures.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain daily billing records.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and provides an excellent patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/clinic management software.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
