We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to drive team performance and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
Monitor daily team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.
Track individual and team KPIs and provide actionable feedback.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Team Handling within a Sales process.
Experience in BPO Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, or Upselling processes, BANKING BACKGROUND, preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to motivate and drive team performance.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate:
Proven track record of achieving team sales targets.
Experience in handling a team of 15+ agents.
Strong coaching and performance management skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
