Company Strategic Profile: Aeron Composite Limited is a publicly listed manufacturer and global exporter of FRP/GRP composite products. As we scale production capacities and expand international trade networks, the Finance Controller plays a key role in safeguarding financial health and maintaining corporate transparency.
Financial Reporting & Accounting (Ind AS Focus): Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes. Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and Companies Act 2013. Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
SEBI Listing Governance & Corporate Disclosures: Ensure strict compliance with SEBI LODR regulations for a publicly listed entity. Deliver timely quarterly and annual financial disclosures to stock exchanges. Collaborate with the Company Secretary for Board Meetings, AGMs, and annual report compilation.
Direct & Indirect Corporate Taxation: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, and Advance Tax. Manage tax assessments and Transfer Pricing strategies aligned with global export operations. Represent the company before tax authorities when required.
Export Benefits & Incentive Optimization: Identify and utilize central government export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, and EPCG licenses. Ensure maximum legal optimization of profit margins on outbound shipments.
Audit Management & Compliance: Liaise with Statutory, Tax, and Internal auditors to ensure smooth and unqualified audit closures. Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and implement SOPs to mitigate operational and financial risks.
Plant Accounts & Manufacturing Cost Control: Implement and oversee cost accounting systems tailored to FRP/GRP manufacturing. Monitor inventory valuations and analyse manufacturing variances (yield, labour, overhead) to provide actionable insights for improving gross margins.
Budgeting, Cash Flow Forecasting & FP&A: Lead preparation of annual operating budgets, CapEx budgets, and rolling financial forecasts. Prepare MIS reports, profitability analyses, and dashboard presentations for the MD, CFO, and Board of Directors.
Treasury, Working Capital & Banking: Optimize the cash conversion cycle by managing receivables, payables, and inventory levels to cover a 45–60 day order book. Liaise with banks for working capital limits, term loans, LCs, BGs, and Export Packing Credit Loans.
Forex Risk Management & Currency Hedging: Develop and manage Forex risk-mitigation frameworks and forward hedging contracts to protect international trade revenues. Monitor export billing schedules and maintain multi-currency bank accounts for optimized cash management.
Key Competencies & Professional Attributes: Strong command over Ind AS, Corporate Laws, and Indian taxation (GST & Direct Tax). Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel. Excellent leadership, analytical mindset, high ethical standards, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
