We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure successful project execution, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the company and clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and queries.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services/products.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and services as per client expectations.
- Resolve client concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular status reports.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling key accounts or corporate clients.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
