About the Role
Stehleno India Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer Intern to join our construction team for a 3-month internship program. This is an excellent opportunity for civil engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience at real construction sites and work alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities
Support senior engineers in reviewing construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications
Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed on site at all times
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material consumption logs
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth execution of work
Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity estimation and material procurement
Assist in preparation of bar-bending schedules, shuttering work, and concrete mix designs
Report project status, issues, and progress updates to the project manager regularly
Requirements
Completed B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and site execution
Familiarity with AutoCAD or any other drafting/design tool is an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to work on site and adapt to dynamic construction environments
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
