Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Pan India sales strategies.
- Drive business growth through project sales, institutional sales, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, builders, developers, consultants, government departments, and key corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams across India.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 12–18 years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Pan India sales team.
- Preferred background in Precast Concrete, Construction Materials, Cement, Steel, Infrastructure, Building Materials, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
