About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead corporate business development initiatives, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in corporate sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients and strategic business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and lead generation.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent business growth.
- Manage sales pipelines, client follow-ups, and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent the organization at corporate meetings, networking events, and industry platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Age: 30–40 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
