Service Advisor
Experience Required
● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry
● Experience in EV service is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
● Greet customers and understand their service requirements
● Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates
● Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery
● Keep customers updated on service progress
● Handle warranty and service documentation
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
● Strong communication and customer handling skills
● Good technical understanding of automobiles
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Computer knowledge and documentation skills
● Valid driving licence preferred
