Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with walk-in and calling customers to understand their laptop issues.
- Log service requests, generate job sheets, and assign tasks to laptop service technicians.
- Follow up on repair statuses and provide timely updates to customers regarding costs and delivery timelines.
- Manage inventory tracking for spare parts and handle billing/invoicing upon job completion.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a laptop/mobile/IT hardware service center is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Service Software).

Pay: ₹16,064.55 - ₹19,000.00 per month
