A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Plant HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations at its plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant HR operations and administration
- Recruitment & onboarding
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Labour law compliance and statutory requirements
- Industrial relations management
- Payroll coordination and attendance management
- HR MIS, reporting, and workforce planning
- Training and performance management
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, IR, Personnel Management, or related field
- 8–12 years of Plant HR experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, IR, recruitment, and HR operations
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
