Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, site visits, and industry contacts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Coordinate with estimation, project, and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales/business development in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction products, project sales, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network with builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Experience in project sales, building materials, interiors, aluminium, UPVC, glass, or related products.
- Understanding of tendering and estimation processes.
