Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join the Admissions Team at Fullinfaws College. The Telecaller plays a vital role in driving student admissions by engaging with prospective students and parents over the phone, providing information, and encouraging walk-ins and admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make cold calls to students from the database
-Call and follow up with leads received from online platforms, website, and other sources
-Regular follow up with leads to convert them into walk-ins and confirmed admissions
-Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes
-Coordinate with the Admissions Counsellor/Team
Candidate Requirements:
-Communication: English and Kannada (Mandatory); Hindi (complementary)
-Experience : telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
-Excellent communication and Convincing skills
-Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets
-A passion for education and student interaction
-Sincere, Hardworking, Dedicated, Target Oriented
Salary & Incentives:
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience) + attractive incentives
