- Supervise and support franchise operations in alignment with company standards
- Provide guidance and training to franchisees on educational practices and quality assurance
- Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees to drive excellence and compliance
- Organize workshops and training sessions for franchisee staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage and resolve any issues or challenges faced by franchisees in a timely and effective manner
