Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives (Male/Female) who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in sales activities, and passionate about achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings/demo sessions.
- Promote WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, OTP, Voice, and other CPaaS solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Lead Generation, SaaS, IT, or CPaaS industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and business communication solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
