Plan and implement student welfare policies and initiatives.
Coordinate student clubs, cultural, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Address student concerns and ensure timely grievance resolution.
Promote student discipline, well-being, and a positive campus culture.
Coordinate with academic departments, hostels, and administrative units on student-related matters.
Organize orientation programs, leadership development, and awareness campaigns.
Support student counselling, mentoring, and career guidance initiatives.
Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory guidelines related to student welfare.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and analyze student engagement and welfare outcomes.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders when required.
QUALIFICATION:
Masters's Prefferred (MBA, MSW, MJMC )
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
