About the Role
Terrace Garden India is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Specialist to oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments, manage projects, and ensure smooth business execution from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and workflows.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers, and execution teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, invoices, and project documentation.
- Maintain project schedules, reports, and MIS.
- Handle inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and improve internal processes.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and client follow-ups.
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain company records and operational documentation.
- Support management with planning and decision-making.
Required Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in Operations or Project Coordination.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and project management tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in Construction, Interior Design, Landscaping, Architecture, or Project Management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
