KRA – Sales Trainer (Kia Dealership)
- Sales Training Delivery – Conduct regular sales and product training sessions.
- Product Knowledge – Ensure 100% product certification and knowledge enhancement.
- Sales Process Compliance – Maintain adherence to Kia sales processes and SOPs.
- Lead Conversion Improvement – Improve enquiry-to-booking and retail conversion ratios.
- New Joiner Induction – Complete onboarding and training for new sales staff.
- Performance Coaching – Provide coaching and development support to sales consultants.
- Customer Experience (CSI) – Improve customer satisfaction through effective training.
- Assessment & Evaluation – Conduct regular tests and track training effectiveness.
- CRM & DMS Compliance – Ensure proper usage of CRM and dealership systems.
- Training Reports & MIS – Maintain training records and submit reports on time
Technical Knowledge is Mandatory , Preference for BE Mechanical /Automobile engineers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
