Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. ✔ Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# & .NET. ✔ Build Model-Driven Apps and automate processes using Power Platform. ✔ Customise entities, dashboards, forms, views, and business rules. ✔ Integrate CRM with external systems and portals (SXP/PXP). ✔ Optimize CRM performance and troubleshoot technical issues. ✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions.
