About Us
Increplus Technologies is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Cloud, DevOps, Microsoft 365, Database Administration, and Technical Support services to businesses. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our growing team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux systems.
- Assist with Windows Server and Linux Server administration.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and user management.
- Perform hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist in cloud administration (AWS/Azure) and virtualization.
- Monitor servers, backups, and system health.
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Work with senior engineers on real-time client projects.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking, or Cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT Infrastructure field.
