About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of overall Oracle SCM Functional experience, including significant hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will have strong functional consulting experience, have participated in multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, and possess in-depth knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process.
This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management based on business requirements and best practices.

Design and implement Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Return Orders

Shipping Parameters

Fulfilment Lines

Approval Rules

Work closely with technical consultants for integrations, customizations, reports, and extensions.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and configuration documentation.

Perform CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.

Support production issues and provide functional resolutions.

Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Shipping, and Supply Planning.

Participate in data migration, cutover planning, and deployment activities.
Required Experience

8+ years of Oracle SCM Functional Consulting experience.

Minimum 4+ years of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation experience.

Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM).

Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
