We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified Primary Teacher (PRT) for Hindi to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a strong foundation in the Hindi language (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) among primary wing students (Classes 1 to 5). The role requires aligning lesson plans with CBSE guidelines and National Education Policy (NEP) standards, ensuring an interactive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment.

Candidate Profile & QualificationsEligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) or a related field from a recognized university.
- Mandatory professional degree: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
- Eligibility Test: Clearing CTET (Paper 1) or a state-level TET is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience as a PRT Hindi in a reputed CBSE school is preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong academic records may be considered.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Linguistic Command: Flawless verbal and written command over the Hindi language.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and smart-board/ERP tools for hybrid teaching and administrative documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and classroom monitoring skills. Ability to collaborate smoothly with coordinators, co-teachers, and parents.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
