Casa Karaoke is Bangalore’s first-of-its-kind dedicated karaoke studio, offering private K-style karaoke rooms, open-stage performances, a cozy café, and a lively community of artists. We host birthdays, kitty parties, workshops, corporate events, and themed karaoke nights — making us a hub for creativity, fun, and music lovers across the city.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and responsible Studio Manager to handle the day-to-day operations, bookings, promotions, and growth of Casa Karaoke. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage the space like their own — balancing smooth operations with innovative ideas to take the brand forward.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Manage studio bookings, scheduling, and event coordination.
- Handle platforms for booking like bookmyshow, district etc (training will be done )
- Handle payments, inventory, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Event & Booking Management
- Coordinate private events, parties, and workshops from enquiry to execution.
- Maintain booking records and follow up with clients for confirmations and feedback.
- Manage availability calendar and ensure smooth turnover between sessions.
Marketing & Social Media
- Design and post engaging content and posters for events, offers, and activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for social media campaigns and promotions.
- Capture photos/videos of events for digital platforms.
Business Growth & Innovation
- Develop and propose new ideas to increase footfall and revenue (membership plans, merchandise, collaborations, rental services, etc.).
- Plan special events or tie-ups with schools, corporates, or artists.
- Suggest improvements in operations, interiors, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic graphic design / Canva or social media skills.
- Passion for music, creativity, and events.
- Prior experience in hospitality, event management, or studio operations is a plus.
