We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Assistant (Listing) to manage and optimize our presence on leading online marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, cataloging, account management, and payment reconciliation. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and external marketplace representatives to ensure smooth operations and growth in online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings and catalogs across Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Handle day-to-day account operations on respective marketplaces.
- Coordinate with category managers and buyers on promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal events.
- Monitor order processing, returns, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular payment and sales reconciliation with marketplace reports.
- Track platform performance metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs and platform policies.
- Work with cross-functional teams (warehouse, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve listing issues or discrepancies to maintain high product visibility and rankings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing e-commerce operations on Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio.
- Strong knowledge of listing tools, templates, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and platform representatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
