Job Description
The Infinity by Bhandari Marble Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations, production management, manpower handling, quality control, dispatch coordination, and inventory management in our marble manufacturing and processing unit.
The candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and experience in handling factory teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory operations and production activities
- Supervise workers, supervisors, and machine operators
- Ensure timely production and dispatch of marble materials
- Maintain quality standards and factory discipline
- Monitor inventory, stock, and raw material management
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams
- Handle machine maintenance and operational efficiency
- Improve productivity and reduce wastage
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in factory or production management
- Experience in marble, granite, tiles, or stone industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of inventory management and factory planning
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred
