Job Summary
We are seeking a digitally savvy, results-driven Inside Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Executive to join our company's, growing team. This is a 100% office-based or remote role with zero field travel requirements. You will use digital channels, virtual meeting platforms, and phone consultations to connect with healthcare professionals. Your goal is to increase prescription volume, drive product adoption, and execute digital marketing campaigns nationwide from a centralized location.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtual Detailing: Conduct high-impact virtual product presentations and clinical detailing to wholesalers, distributors,& pharmacists via virtual calls.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Run targeted email, WhatsApp, and cold-calling campaigns to identify and qualify new B2B healthcare leads.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary remote point of contact for existing wholesalers, distributors, medical institutions, hospitals, and pharmacy chains to secure repeat orders.
- CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all digital interactions, lead statuses, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the medical writing team to create compliant digital visual aids, e-brochures, and video content for healthcare professionals.
- Market Research: Monitor online medical forums, competitor digital strategies, and industry trends to optimize remote sales pitches.
Required Qualifications & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Lifesciences, Biotechnology, or a business degree paired with strong technical pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or digital marketing experience (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical tech sector preferred).
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills and has passion for sales are welcome to apply.

- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the distribution channel (Stockists, Sub-stockists, and Retail Pharmacies).
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
