Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to provide first-level technical support and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering prompt solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time.
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and guidance related to electrical and electronic products.
- Coordinate with the Service, Technical, and Sales teams for timely issue resolution.
- Update customer interactions and complaint status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer complaints and resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing courteous and effective support.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits and troubleshooting.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, ERP/CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Care, Technical Support, or Service Coordination.
- Experience in the Solar, UPS, Inverter, Power Backup, or Electrical Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
