Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, including detailed, day-to-day schedules to meet sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Material Planning & Inventory Control: Collaborating with procurement to ensure raw materials are available, tracking inventory levels, and managing, reducing, or eliminating non-moving/slow-moving inventory.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinating manpower, machinery, and raw materials to maximize capacity utilization.
- Shop Floor Monitoring: Tracking production progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA) to minimize delays.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Generating MIS reports on production performance, efficiency, and resource utilization using ERP systems
