We’re hiring a Software Customer Onboarding Executive to help new customers get started with our software products. This role involves onboarding, client guidance, product demos, and ensuring smooth adoption of our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding process for new customers
- Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions
- Assist clients with software setup and account activation
- Coordinate with development and support teams
- Handle customer queries during implementation
- Ensure successful onboarding completion
- Maintain onboarding reports and customer communication
- Collect customer feedback for service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Comfortable handling clients remotely
- Basic understanding of software/web applications
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Experience in customer success/support preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
