Position: MEP -Sr Engineer / SupervisorLocation: Andheri, MumbaiJob Description:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic MEP - Sr Engineer / Supervisor with experience of 5to 8 yrs. He will be responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, andPlumbing (MEP) works at site to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, safety standards, and coordination with civil and other trades.Key Responsibilities:Job knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, Stack & Tower Parking, and ELV systems,External Façade lighting, DG, STP etc Ensure execution is in line with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with Internal agencies like civil, finishing etc for smooth co ordination Inspecting & testing of the received material at site, shall be in line with BOQ and PO Checking and approvals of Shop drawing of MEP work, along with approval in coordination with MEP consultant, Raising indent of MEP related material along with maintaining stock statement, Reconciliation of MEP material, Checking drawing as received from consultant and raising RFI Maintain daily progress reports and update the Project Manager. Ensure all works comply with local codes, NBC, IS standards, and clientQualifications & Skills: Diploma /B.E – Electrical / Mechanical. Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics Experience in high-rise residential / commercial real estate projects Good coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of IS standards, NBC codes & safety regulations.
