Responsiblities:
- Supervision: Provide absolute, undivided attention and care to ensure total safety.
- Engagement: Plan fun, age-appropriate activities like reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Routines: Manage daily schedules including snack times, nap times, and bedtime routines.
- Hygiene: Assist with potty training, diaper changes, and pre-bedtime washing up.
- Tidying: Keep play areas clean and ensure toys are put away before the shift ends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum [Number, e.g., 1–2] years of proven experience in childcare or babysitting.
- Education: 8th/10th12th/College drop out/Home maker
- Age: 18 to 35
- Traits: Patient, creative, punctual, and an excellent communicator.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
