- Maintain good relationships with patients, doctors, corporate clients, and visitors.
- Assist patients with registration, appointments, billing, and report collection.
- Address patient queries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Promote the diagnostic centre's services, health packages, and awareness programs.
- Organize health camps, corporate health check-ups, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and corporate clients.
- Maintain records of complaints, feedback, and public relations activities.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare periodic reports on patient satisfaction and PRO activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
