Position: Merchandiser
We are looking for an experienced Garment Merchandiser who can manage product development, sourcing, vendor coordination, quality control, and production follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in garment manufacturing and merchandising processes from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product assortments for Men's, Women's, and Kids Wear.
- Prepare and understand Tech Packs, measurement charts, BOMs, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and suppliers for sampling and production.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and bulk production timelines.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks and ensure products meet company standards.
- Monitor garment fit, construction, fabric quality, trims, and finishing.
- Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while maintaining target costing.
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Track production status and ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales trends and recommend new products and improvements.
- Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and reports.

Qualifications
- Graduate in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, or related field.
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Garment Merchandising.
- Experience handling Men's, Women's, or Kids Wear categories.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors and product categories.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with garment factories or retail fashion brands.
- Strong understanding of production processes and garment quality standards.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
