Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Support Services Executive to oversee housekeeping, facility management, and support staff operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace while coordinating daily administrative and facility-related activities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor office infrastructure and ensure all facilities are functioning efficiently.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, pantry items, and facility consumables.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for maintenance and facility-related work.
- Conduct regular inspections of office premises and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain records related to facility maintenance, vendor services, and staff attendance.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support administrative and operational activities as assigned by management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- BHM / BSc in Hospitality Management
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping supervision, office administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing support staff and coordinating vendors is preferred.
