Job Role: Dispatch Manager
We are looking for a responsible Dispatch Manager to manage and execute all dispatch operations smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all order dispatches and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure all orders are properly packed and labeled before dispatch
- Coordinate closely with the packing team for quality packing
- Coordinate with Store Manager for material availability
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for billing and dispatch clearance
- Arrange transportation (tempo, courier, logistics) for dispatch
- Maintain dispatch records, challans, and delivery details
- Ensure no damage or mismatch during packing and dispatch
- Plan daily dispatch schedules and prioritize urgent orders
- Manage all dispatch-related work in a systematic and organized manner
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 year experience in dispatch / logistics / warehouse operations
- Graduation preferred
- Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and coordination
- Good communication and team coordination skills
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
