Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Storage Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to manage and support enterprise storage environments. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of SAN/NAS storage systems and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
L1 Responsibilities
- Monitor pool/aggregate space utilization across storage systems.
- Ensure storage, disk, and SAN switch availability.
- Configure and monitor proactive alerts through SMTP notifications.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Perform storage event log monitoring and basic analysis.
- Handle incident and service request management through ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with vendors and data center teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
- Hands-on experience with storage arrays (NetApp, Dell EMC, HP, etc.).
- Understanding of SAN switches (Brocade/Cisco).
- Familiarity with RAID configurations and LUN management.
- Basic networking knowledge and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring tools and OEM storage management tools.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Candidate should be B. Tech/M. Tech/BCA/MCA
· Candidate should have relevant industry exposure/experience
Pay: ₹43,000.00 per month
