Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Telecaller & Marketer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, generating leads, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate qualified leads.
- Effectively communicate company offerings and solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accuracy.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly targets.
- Collect feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
