Job Description
We are looking for a Google Ads Growth Executive who will manage and scale Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Optimize campaigns for better leads, conversions, and ROI
- Perform keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid optimization
- Monitor daily performance and prepare growth reports
- Identify scaling opportunities and new campaign strategies
- Track conversions and improve cost per lead (CPL)
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Handle multiple client accounts efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Google Ads platform and campaign structure
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic Excel/Sheets knowledge
- Google Ads certification is a plus
Experience
- Freshers with Google Ads knowledge can apply
- 6 months to 2 years of experience preferred
