As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our people operations and help build a high-performing, employee-focused workplace.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Administer performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate training, learning, and career development initiatives.
- Manage compensation, benefits, attendance, and leave administration.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, EV, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or technology-driven organization.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR analytics.
